A to-do list is a complicated beast; on the one hand, it reminds you how little time you have and on the other is a great way to get frustrated. Now ToDo has a focus mode to help you decrease frustration and anxiety by showing only one task at a time.
However, to make the most of it try taking Cal Newport's advice to marry it with a time blocking solution. It's a great way to find more time in your day by clearing smaller, easier tasks in small breaks.
